Build the process once
- Sign in with your Microsoft account — Setsail is Microsoft SSO only, no separate password.
- In Shipbuilder, design your onboarding and offboarding forms: standard fields plus anything specific to you.
- Every organization inherits that template automatically — they can add their own fields, or hide ones they don't need, without forking it.
ONBOARDING
Bring someone in
- Open Onboard Crew and fill in the form for the new hire.
- Submit — a member is created, a ticket opens in your PSA, and Microsoft 365 provisioning starts where configured.
- The new hire shows up in Our Crew immediately, tagged Onboarding.
OFFBOARDING
Walk someone out
- Open Offboard Crew and select the departing member.
- Complete the exit checklist your organization configured — access to revoke, devices to return.
- Submit — a ticket opens, the device is flagged for return, and every step lands in Crew Log.
